Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Pint at the brewery - hazy light orange - fairly mild in aroma and flavor - very light sourness, subtle floral character, mild juniper, hints of wildflower honey - undercurrents of sourdough bread - the juniper opens up as it warms and a slight herbal character develops, as well as mild pepper - subtle but complex.
