Bottle - turbid gold - lovely carbonation, but no head - nose has the deep earthy sweetness of the honey, along with some buggy funk, melon, pineapple - flavor is considerably more dry, medium tartness and acidity - the musky, funkier notes of the raw honey are there, with little to no sweetness, which is pretty interesting - I like when a beer made with honey still manages to be dry - flavor is a little thin, but the acidity is quenching and the beer finishes with some tropical notes and lingering background funkiness - decent.
