Das Hausbier der Nederbräu. Vollmundiges, würziges Vollbier, goldgelb in der Farbe. Mit angenehmer milder Bittere und sanftem Abgang. Das Lieblingsbier der Stammgäste und der Faßbier-Fans. Passt am besten zur Brotzeit am Kellerberg.

Gravity keg at the brewery. Grassy, herbal nose, light crackery malt. Grainy flavor, a bit rough. Worty and doughy, seems not completely attenuated Strongly toasty, moving towards corn and DMS. Great smooth body from the gravity pour, but otherwise quite disappointing. 3.5 at Kellerwald without the DMS.

Klare dunkel goldene Farbe, ordentliche bis geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, leicht getreidig, hopfig. Geschmack kräftig malzig, hopfig würzig, leicht metallisch, unrund!

Bottle @ Björn tasting. Pours a clear golden color with a small longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy bitter finish.

Goldene Frabe mit schönem weißen schaum, etwas grobporig. Der Geruch ist neutral-süßlich. Im Antrunk ist da Bier süßlich-muffig. Zum Hauptteil hin entwickelt sich eine angenehme und interessante muffig-herbe Note, die auch ganz leicht ins säuerlich-würzige geht. Sehr süffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend, würzig-säuerlich mit süßlich-herbem Einschlag.
→ Interessante Aromenkombinationen für ein Export. Leckeres Bier! 10/12/9/10

Bottled@Björn tasting. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is eggy, saltwatery, some mild wooden notes and herbs as well. Flavour is very similar, quite watery.

Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Grassy, doughy nose. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Dough and hay, mid bitter finish, Harmonious and drinkable.

Bamberg Jolly Day 2 25/01/2014. From tap shared at the brewery. Ceramic mug, not sighted. Off white head. Aroma is nice lemon and crisp nobel hop. Flavour is sweet grainy malts, pils, nobel and berry hop in the finish. Very tasty and balanced. Touch of zest in the finish.

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Tap at the brewpub. Gold beer with a fluffy white head. Palate is light and slightly soft. Mild carbonation. Light malt and lactose. Touch of floralness which is semi sweet. Light finish.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, tap at Neder - Forchheim, 25/01/14. Dark golden amber with a moderately appointed white head. Nose is bready malts, light fruit tang, sugars, orange. Taste comprises tangy orange, earthy, bitter fruits, caramel, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dry finish. Ok helles.
