Das Hausbier der Nederbräu. Vollmundiges, würziges Vollbier, goldgelb in der Farbe. Mit angenehmer milder Bittere und sanftem Abgang. Das Lieblingsbier der Stammgäste und der Faßbier-Fans. Passt am besten zur Brotzeit am Kellerberg.

August 2010: Bottle @ Brewery. Pours clear yellow with a small frothy and thick white head. Nose is hay, grain and grassy hops. A bit harsh grainy perfumey flavor. As the beers warms up lots of bready malts. Medium bodied. Very dry and bitter end. June 2022: Gravity barrel at the brewery. Fresh grains, bready malts and grass slash herbal hops. Smooth, soft and delicate. Excellent. 3,0-3,8

Draft. A golden beer with a thick light orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with just a hint of butter. The flavor is sweet with quite strong notes of caramel. The alcohol is felt on the tongue, and the end is dry and a bit bitter. An OK beer to start the day off with at 9:30 am.

Draught@brewery tap, Forchheim
I was having this at 10 am - Neder’s bierstube was already packed with old men smoking and having their morning beer. This was served from clay mug, so can’t say how was the color .. head is white and creamy. Beer is hoppy, slightly alcoholic aroma. Malty and dominantly alcoholic beer. Long bitterish aftertaste.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy, lacing white head. Moderately sweet malty, bready nose, faintly toasty, strawy with honey and hints of citrus. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a medium to crispy carbonation. Malt-accented taste with honey; sweet, malty and rather raw finish with notes of alcohol.

(On tap) Clear, fully golden with an off-white head. Clean, malty aroma. Medium body with a solid malt base and a somewhat floral hopping also leaving a firm bitterness. Not your typical Export - more of a Landbier really. 131106

Bottle: Light amber coloured, small, lacing foamy layer; faint fruity, grainy nose with a tinge of toasted malt; delicate sweetish (malty) flavour, a bit sticky; sweetish-malty finish with a metallic aftertaste. No great pleasure ! P.S.: Even though it is called "Export", this beer does not show any qualities of a "Dortmunder/Helles.............
