Trying this place again after a couple years because why not - they seem to have improved judging by this - medium dry, mildly funky, with a dry bitterness that melds well with the moderate funk, flinty finish, and light pepper and cobweb phenols from the yeast - I dig it well enough.

Sample at the tap room. Slightly hazy golden color with a thin off-white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, hops, slightly funky yeast and malt. The finish is mildly bitter and funky with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
