50cl glass at the brewery - clear bright gold, lively carbonation, fluffy head - malt rich nose, bright floral notes, bread, honey - lovely, full mouthfeel - clean and rich maltiness without being overly sweet - light mineral, spice, floral notes, grassy hop temper the sweeter malt character - clean finish, with lingering noble hop character and mild mineral - it’s a really lovely beer, and certainly one of the best stateside examples I’ve had.
