Taster at the brewery - clear copper pour - mild nose of bread and light pepper - flavor lacks complexity and is mostly dominated my a dry maltiness, with very limited yeast expression, aside from a touch of pepper on the tail end which might actually be more from the hops - a tiny bit of apple as it opens up - I would not guess this was a Saison going in blind.
