Wasn’t quite sure how to enter this, considering it contains French malts and.American hops and was apparent brewed with saison yeast (according to the elder Diebolt at the bar) - hops are certainly the dominant character, though - bright, potent, citric, strongly.bitter, but not abrasive - soft texture and fine carbonation - moderately.honey sweet malt character and mildly earthy yeast qualities - there are, perhaps, some spicy phenols and tropical esters, but it is hard to tell due to the potency of the hops - tasty beer, and a nice twist on the strong ipa.
