Pint at the brewery - clear gold with a fluffy head -they’ve decided to replace the traditional Saaz hops with El Dorado hops for this one - not sure if I’m a fan - they’re a bit more assertive, bitter, and citric, whereas I look for a grassier, more floral hop profile in my pils - the flavor is fairly sweet, as well - it’s a mostly clean sweetness, but still pretty high - some eggshell and chalkiness on the tail end - lingering american hop bitterness - meh.
