Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy yellow slightly cloudy in color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet grains, hay, floral, lemongrass, herbal, white pepper, earthy, subtle tart and funky
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fairly sweet to tart to funky quality, finishes floral/lemongrassy/herbal/funky
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper, some tart/funkiness adds some harshness hitting my tongue but not too much
Overall: pretty nice saison I would have again.

500mL capped bottle. Orange gold color. Small but long lasting head. Aroma is buggy, swear and slick, and orange marmalade. Full of Bretts, bugs and wildness with a fruit malt making you think there is more to work with. Flavor however is empty. The bugs have eaten too much away and did not leave much for fun. Faintly bretty with some thick fruity malt. Finishes light sigh not much of an aftertaste.

No version/date indication on bottle. Pours deep gold into a tulip. White head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface leaving no lacing. Funky yeast and dusty barn aromas. Dry with sour feet and barnyard upfront turning to leather in the abrupt finish.
