8th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. End of evening beer notes! Opaque dark brown beer. Crisp palate. Very very crisp! Light and dry. Some dark malt and chocolate. The palate really dominates this beer.

Draught@CPH BeerFest2010. Quite much pitch black colour with mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some earth, mild roasted malts, ashes and some mild notes of barnyard as well. Flavour is roasted malts, some ashes, mild chocolate as well as some smoked wet wood and sour coffee. A quite pleasant Schwarzbier.

Draught @ CPH Beerfestival, 2010. Pours black with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is mildly roasted. Some coffee and a bit of butter. Flavor is roasted coffee and chocolate. Very soft and mild roast. Dry end. Tasty for sure.

Near black with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malr, coffee and dark chocolade. Sweet and rich flavour with roasted malt, dark chocilate and coffee notes finished sweet.

Draught @ Nørrebro Bryghus, Copenhagen. Medium browm color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, notes of smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (021007)

On tap at Københavnske øldage 07. Red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is coffee, caramel, malt. Flavour is caramel, hop, malt, roastiness, coffee. Ok beer.

On tap at Københavnske Øldage. Dark ruby, clear beer with some beige head. Coffee and burnt malt on the nose. The flavor has coffee and a roastiness. Medium body and roasted finish. Pleasant schwarzbier, but maybe a bit one-dimentional. (070511)

Draught at brewpub. Frothy off-white fair mostly lasting head. Black colour. Light hoppy and mederate malty aroma. Not as much chocolate as expected. Light sweet /bitter flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.
