Tap at Funkwerks - turbid gold pour - soapy lace - ever rub peppermint leaves between your fingers? - this beer smells like that - straight up fresh peppermint - but underneath, we have the apricot and spices of the base saison - creamy texture - medium body - flavor is heavy on the peppermint, almost to the point of spiciness - the saison underneath hardly peaks out - just some light dusty yeast and a bit of apricot - the peppermint is overdone, but I’m a fan of mint, so I don’t mind too much.
