Tap at The Rackhouse - a fairly mild and, in my opinion, immature sour, but still a fair tasty brew - pours a turbid orange - a lot of lacto in the nose, a light touch of funkiness, as well as light oak and vanilla, all of which find a nice balance - flavor starts out with lacto tart/sourness, mild oak, and a subtle white wine character - some graininess from the malt swallows a lot of this character up through the middle, though - fairly sweet on the tail end, with light vanilla, which is the only quality the whiskey seems to impart here - nice restraint on the bourbon character, and fairly tasty, but I would like a more well-developed sourness - perhaps a good gateway sour, should you come across it.
