Quite a light, crisp, and drinkable belgian ale, with a lot of dry, crisp, crackery malts and herbal notes that compliment the mild phenols from the yeast fairly well - the yeast character is fairly mild, but there is a slight fruitiness and acidity that livens things up - a tad bit peppery - there are many better belgian ales, but this will do in a pinch.
