Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Comperable to the good German doppelbocks, but not quite as good as some. Copper appearance with a great-looking head. Caramel in the nose, as well as in the flavor. Slight hops in the long-term. Smooth finish. I would have liked a bit more maltiness, though - I likes my doppelbocks super malty.
