Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderete hoppy, friut. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Yellow with a small white head, leaving some lace. Fruity aroma with citrus and pineapple, some malt. Dry malty flavour, American-like hop flavour, while the malt reminded me of a German pils. An easy drinker.

Cask.@Market Porter. Yellowish golden colour, mediumized white head. Aroma is very fruity along with some slight cooked vegetables and malts. Flavour is a nice balance of vegetables, fruity hops, some wood and earth.

Cask gravity at GBBF 07. Gold, bubbly white head. Typical Oakham hop aroma. Alcohol is a little sticky, but in a good way. Excellent finish. Not as good as the Bishops Farewell I had later on in the day, which was perfect. Still, pleased to have this as number 3500. 3.6/5.0 Re-rate at Samuel Peto, JDW, Folkestone Blond, hoppy and in great condition. Not uber hoppy by my stnadards but I could still taste the hops in my mouth 30 minutes later.
