Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 21/08/10. amber with a slight, off-white head. Malty, fruity and barley aroma with some earthiness. Flavour was also sweet, with bready malts and some bitterness in the finish. A decent Welsh bitter.

Cask @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 06. Chestnut with lasting white head. Good malt, some red fruit/toffee. Some farty/yeast aroma. Doesn’t taste as if its fully brewed out.
