Oooo nice chocolatey eagle rare thickness. I'm not huge on the upfront nose and flavor but at room temp the chocolate really comes out. Delish!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 8.5
4 ounce at Cerebral - it takes a mighty hefty beer to hold up to 30 months in a bourbon barrel and I’d say they pulled it off here - loads of chocolate, coconut, vanilla, dark fruit, oak - mild umami balancing the sweetness - back end notes of red wine and black currant, followed by warming whiskey - yes, please.
