Tulip at the brewery - lightly hazy amber with a creamy, well-sustained head - nose of raisin, fig, leathery funk, oak, autumnal leafiness (don’t ask me to explain!) - pulls off a rare balance of malt richness, light tartness, and earthy funk - flavors of brown sugar and dark fruit make way for a light tartness before the beer dries out and presents complex earthy funkiness, raisin, plum - it’s really good!
