Ever so balanced, the skill that Rob has so well honed, this beer and biscuity malt upfront and delicate but ascending hops in the middle and end. Cask @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, light heather honey ? Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat.

Golden with small white head. Fruity aroma, with apple notes and some grapefruit. Sweet and fruity flavour.

Cask@GBBF2007. Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity hops, some slight grassy and wooden notes. Flavour is yeast, hops, some eggs and slight malts.

This is actually produced at Moorhouses Brewing! Pale amber; shortlived transparant head. Vegetable-hoppy nose, with crude grains behind it. And a smell like 10-secs glue, too. Again a glueish flavour on a mainly pale malt (not very sweet) general taste. Again some very plain, crude grain flavour. Slightly burning MF, but light body and texture. In the aftertaste, there’s a bitterish implementation, but not really hoppy. Not a lot going on - fail to see what the intention was. Txs to Jezza for supply.
