Sample at the taproom during the "GABF Throw-down at Beryl's!" on 10/05/2017. Slightly hazy golden color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of melon, herbal hops and malt. The finish is fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tulip at the brewery - turbid gold - and intensely tart and fairly one-dimensional sour - pretty much all I taste is acidity - malic and lactic acids - the sourness almost tastes artificial, and washes out any malt and other yeast complexities - I am going to have heartburn after drinking this.
