Tap at Diebolt - hazy orange pour - thick, frothy head - nose is zesty, bright.citrus, mostly grapefruit and orange peel - hints of peppery hops and mild.muskiness - flavor is very light, mildly tart, with a lot of fresh citrus notes and some melon rind - finish has toasty, bready malt that is a little heavy - given the lighter.nature of everything preceding it, I was hoping for a finish that was more light and crisp, but still a fun beer.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/21/2015. This beer is a hazy peach color with a thin pinkish-white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, herbal wheat and yeast. Light-bodied with a mildly funky citrus character and notes of wheat and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.
