Tap at the brewery - an APA with all euro hops, focusing mostly on the noble hop character - malt character is simple, I assume to simply showcase the hops, which this does well - quite a bit of grassy and spicy saaz in here, along with some floral notes, and a mild citric tang - the malt, however, is a little limp and kind of sweet - not as crisp or snappy as it really ought to be to make these hops pop - okay.
