7 3 7 3 14 Sampled at Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Cloudy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of grain, wheat, peppery yeast, light herbs and light citrus. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation. [23/06/2017]

At Brett Fest 2017. Aroma of brett, citrus fruit, yeast and grass. Taste has soft yeast, esters, german herbal hop and some malt sweetness. Typical.

Draft in front of De Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces, with the Dutch RB crew. Hazy golden yellow color. White head. Aroma’s: fruity, herbs, herbal hops, pine needles. Retronasal it’s sweetish, light herbal, light fruity. Flavor is light malty sweet. Light bodied. Finishes with light caramel, herbal. Nice.

Tap in front of Bierkoning. Slight hazy light golden with big white head. Light fruity Brett, milky yeast, cloves, light dough, soft grass, vanilla. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Just medium bodied.
