Tap at Hop Devil - reddish gold tint with a very fizzy body and large head - fairly spicy aroma, with notes of light, summery fruits and a delicate bready/yeastiness - light-bodied, but not thin - grassy, herbal, and fairly spicy - flavors of orange zest and other citrusy notes - a tiny bit earthy - reminds me more of a saison than a dubbel, but quite tasty either way.
