Tap at Bobbique - perfetly clear golden, with a gigantic, foamy, well-retained head - grassy, herbal aroma, with notes of lemon zest, light peppery/spiciness - mild honey sweetness and a bit of lemon at first, but no apparent pilsner malt qualities - actually, not much malt presence at all, leaving the beer a little thin-flavored in the middle - a slightly higher hop profile than your average pils (no suprise from these guys) swells up near the end, along with some light grassy character, leaving the finish dry and crisp - overall, mildly sweet/fruity, ending with dry hoppiness, lacking the character and complexity of some of the better examples of the style - quite drinkable, though.
