7 2 7 3 14 Sampled at Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Cloudy dull purple with a white head. Aroma of light brett funk, tart purple grapes, aniseed and light mineral. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [23/06/2017]

At Brett Fest 2017. Pink color. Aroma of funk, red fruit and cherry. Taste has tart red grapes, soft funk, cherry, yeast and some wheat. Good one.

Draft in fron of De Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces, with the Dutch RB crew. Murky pinkish color. Light pink head. Aroma’s: sour fruit, strawberry (no strawberries used, but that’s what I got). Flavor is soft sour. Light bodied. Very low carbo. Finish is slightly dry, grapeskins.

Tap at Bierkoning. Murky pink with small off white head. Spice yeast, sour red berries, strawberries, light grass and lime, soft cornflakes, grape skins. Just medium sour and light bitter. Just medium bodied.
