Originally brewed to celebrate our first anniversary of brewing in Timsbury, Fire Works is a pale ale flavoured with fresh root ginger. The spicy tang of the ginger mingles with a delicate floral hop aroma and combines with the bitter finish to produce an extremely moreish beer.

Cask-conditioned at the Green Man, Bristol 11/12/09. Deep orange in colour with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of stem ginger, apricots and citrus hops. Flavour started with some sweet biscuit malts, before more citrus fruit, subtle ginger and a dry finish. Good.
