Bottle at home in London - sourced from the Lab. Pours entirely clear gold with a dense, lasting creamy white head; quite a pro appearance, really. Quite a clean aroma, with light juicy tangerine, some other pithy citrus, hints of pine needles. Light sweet flavor with some moderate minerality, more pine needles, citrus rind, some grapefruit and tangerine, mellow biscuity pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pithy and very slightly resinous on the finish, with relaxed pale malt sugars, rounded citrus character, more pith and rind, just hints of juice. A little bit of grassy bitterness in the aftertaste, which doesn’t sync well. Pretty well balanced overall, though. Quite drinkable. Good work.
