Fresh and zesty with fruity yeast and fruity, but also somewhat piney hops. Some melon and dried pineapple add complexity without twang and there's light honey and some biscuity malt to gently balance.
Big burst of melon and dried pineapple with a hint of zesty pine and lemon. Soft, supple malts provide light honey and light biscuit/bread to easily balance. Moderate but not overdone bitterness is higher than average for the style, but welcome. Lots of pine lingering but no resin and it's still nicely balanced, with a bit of juicy citrus in there, as well.

Pours a hazy, mustard-gold, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma is a touch muted, but with citrus, some bread, some pine, some tropical fruit. Flavors are citrus and tropical fruit, with some pine and biscuit. Soft mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness in the finish.

TH doing TH. Really solid old school NEIPA, citrus salad with tangerine, orange, pink grapefruit, papaya, mango. Creamy. Wouldn’t want to let it age too much more
