Can from N&R News, Blackheath Royal Standard. Aromas of grapefruit, white grape, kiwifruit, white pepper. Certainly a spicy fruity nose. Taste is peach, white grape, lime, gooseberry, more white pepper, grapefruit. Spicy hoppy action.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of oniony notes from the Citra, but not much of the other hops. Flavour is mostly a function of the Citra, with oniony notes, but not much from the Chinook or Motueka. Not much chalk or hopburn, but I’m not a huge fan of the hop expression. It’s alright.
