Introducing one half of a bold and decadent duo, showcasing the latest evolution of our Crema Imperial stout series.
A rich blend of chocolate malt, wheat and oats creates a smooth and luxurious mouthfeel, while additions of Weyermann® Carafa® Special III and Melanoidin malt blend with brown sugar and Belgian dark syrup to form layers of deep caramel and toffee notes.
This sweetness is balanced with additions of Hard Lines Peru Seasonal Coffee which infuses complex flavours of red fruits, toffee, and toasted biscuit. Finally, a pinch of sea salt and East Kent Goldings hops tie it all together.

From can, no head, intense dark opaque Brown colour, aroma is blend of caramel and chocolate, with a whiff of dried fruits, intensely sweet vanila, caramel umami and dates. Quite heavy but highly enjoyable.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of rich caramel, some salt, and plenty of sweetness. Flavour is definitely sweet but has some nice complexity, with plenty of sweet caramel, gentle salt, and more big caramel. Lots of salted caramel on the finish with plenty of complexity. Not something I could drink a lot of, but it is admittedly very good.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Pours black with a minimal beige head. Nice salted caramel on the nose, not overly sweet. Flavour has semi-sweet salted caramel, good roast. The profile is pretty complex and not overwhelmingly sweet, very nicely done.
