Looking Glass World is our little West Coast pale ale brewed with extra pale pilsner and two row malts. We hopped this version with Chinook, Comet and Idaho-7, then fermented it cold with our house hoppy ale strain. We then dry hopped it with even more Comet and Idaho-7. Long live West Coast pale!

16oz can from Tavour. Foggy golden pour, ample white foamy head, spotty lacing. Grassy aroma with faint citrus notes. Taste brings light zesty notes, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, then a very quick finish with some lingering zestiness. Feels light.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a huge foamy white head that laced slowly. Aroma of citrus and passion fruit. Med body. Juicy but dryish. Very good level of bitterness. For flavor I'll stick with citrus and passionfruit. Maybe some green melon. Good flavor.
