Bottle at home in London - sourced from the Beer Hive in Brixton. Pours clear, pale yellow, wildly effervescent with a billowing, foamy white head. The aroma has notes of flaked wheat, lemon pith, dry smoke and minerals. Light sweet flavor with more pale, dry wheat, sandy minerality, light astringency, faint lemon meringue. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Drying on the finish with nips of doughy wheat, more wheat flakes, mild chlorine, subtle lemon citrus notes, bitter grass, touches of plastic and ash. There seem to be some phenolic off notes here, unfortunately. This one could do with a bit of tweaking.
