Cask-conditioned at the Cross Hands, Winterbourne Down, S Gloucs 26/7/07. Impressive gold colour with a white head which left lacing all the way down the glass. Aroma was hoppy with some spruce and flowers. As mentioned below, the flavour started with biscuit malt before a very dry finish. Very enjoyable.
