Cask at Tap East, London. Pours clear, bright gold with a fine, creamy white head. Aroma holds some doughy pale malts, orange and tangerine. Medium sweet flavor, some lightly sticky pectin, plenty of juicy citrus, hints of hay, moderate bitterness, some mellow toasted grass, hints of alcohol. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Modest resinous, sticky pine to finish, faint warmth, ripe orange, lightly tangy tangerine, hints of lemon and melon. A decent IPA overall. Doesn’t really sing but nothing wrong, either.
