Captain Cook Easter Island. The Easter Island was the third beer to surface from the brewery following the Slipway and Sunset. It fastly became a successful seasonal beer available throughout the spring and summer months. The beer is a dark ale with a sharp malty twist.

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW. Clear, chestnut pour with strong, off-whiite head. Dark, ripe fruit nose with prune and cherries. Lightly sweet with more fruits, soggy bread, faint herbal bitterness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Some tangy, dark and semi-dried fruits in the finish. Alright.
