Lindemans Noir is a blend of oak-aged lambic and top fermented Belgian strong ale, complemented by the dark fruit flavor of blackcurrants, elderberries and blueberries. It pours a deep scarlet color with a compact foam head, and each sip imparts a full-bodied taste and surprisingly mellow finish despite the 8% ABV.

Bottle: pours dark red with quickly dissipating pink head. Aroma is loads of berries, kind of like hefty jam. Slightly tart. Sweetish. Perhaps too sweet. Not particularly pleasant.

Bottle shared at the DCBeer February share. Poured a dark jammy purple color with a small off-white head. Aroma was big cherry liquor. Flavor had some chocolate covered cherries with cherry liquor, cherry cordial? Yeah, that's it.
