Gravity cask at the London Drinker BF 2014. Pours clear, rich brown with a bubbly, off-white head. Lots of charcoal on the nose, some minerals, burnt wood, dry cocoa. Light sweet flavor with dominant minerality, burnt leaves, soggy earth and bittersweet cocoa. Medium bodied with fine fine carbonation. Finishes with lots of burnt leaves that have been dragged through mud, more flinty minerals, ash, wood, old leather. Precious little to enjoy here.
