Long time backlog. Tap rating. Pours with a clear copper hued body with a white head. Aromas are grassy, estery, mild resin, a touch of peppery and bready notes. Flavors show an odd tea like tannin, low esters, citrus, pomelo. Oddly dry, crackery malt presence, even for a rye beer. Lively carbonation.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Nice pithy citrus in the nose, tangerine and grapefruit. Light sweet flavor with flinty minerals, dry tangerine, general pithy citrus, light dried pale malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry citrus finish, more pith and minerals, light sweetness. An excellent sessioner.
