A style usually reserved for the monks, this is a modest, pale Belgian-style session ale, brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and fermented with a Belgian Abbey Ale yeast strain. Fruity up front with a crisp dry finish.

Sampled at the Funky 8 - Brooklyn, NYC. Good stuff. Not too sweet. Some spicy yeast in here, hints of bubblegum, ripe fruits, mellow hops. Nicely rounded.
