Paradise Pale Ale (Brett)

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Clean and pure brett aroma with piercing barnyard and poopy diaper. Light sweet flavor, moderately dry, with some melon and lemon rind, a bit of leather, poo, mellow grassy bitterness. Light bodied with carbonation and massaging texture. Great balance to finish, with light sweetness, some tropical fruits, more brett character, poo, grass and leather. Super drinkable, very clean. If you like brett you will love this.
