We are putting a few hop varieties throught their paces with a series of monovariatel beers. This IPA is exclusively hopped with Idaho 7 in concentrated CGX format and T90. Idaho 7 is a bit of a favourite here at the brewery for all the beautiful pineapple, black tea and citrus notes that it brings. Paired with Lallemands new Pomona yeast to bring out the most tropical notes possible, this is a soft and creamy hazy IPA that really hits the spot.

Amarillo pajizo muy turbio, con posos de levadura, espuma blanca abundante y jabonosa. Aroma harto agradable a cítricos, piña, eneldo, cebollino, pino, resina...En boca es tan atractiva y disfrutable como en nariz, sabor intenso y afrutado lleno de matices citricos y herbales, refrescante y jugosa. Produce eructos de pino y resina riquísimos, me encanta.

On tap at Ambasada Zagreb. Yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy nose. Citrusy, tropical fruits, light herbal and juicy with notes of tangerine. Mild grassy touch in rather bitter finish.
