Bottle, 75cl. Clear pale and a bit thin. Clean apple aroma, but it's lacking depth. Still, quite nice. Some grassy hints and a touch of yellow plum. 636313 250906

YG. Pale golden-straw color with white bubbles. Aroma and flavor is apple, grass, yellow plum, floral.

750 ml clear and capped bottle, as Odelsgut E - Discovery Cider, vintage 2024, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.2%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Perfumed and floral aroma of Discovery apples. Flavour mid between dry and sweet, distinct notes of Discovery apples.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, sour grass, sulfur, apple cores, hay, minerals, bark, cardboard. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, apple peel, hay, unripe apples, grass, alcohol, minerals, yeast, leafs, bark. Medium bitterness, sightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Bad batch?
