Tasted at Weekend der Spontane Gisting some ten years ago, a worty, tasty and mild lambic with a fresh, fruity character of white grapes and lemon zest and misty golden blonde colour; loose bubbles created something of an embryonic head, so I placed it here instead of under the old version. Not the most characterful of the pure lambics perhaps, but elegant and very enjoyable.

Muddy, dull tan. The aroma is heavy on the pedio with little else. Tart, rustic, sweet on the finish. Some moderate pedio throughout.

Pale straw-amber, hazy. Flimsy transparant head. Very fruity nose, refreshing, slight 'horseblanket'. Taste of sour grapes, grapepeel (and also their typical tannine-rich tartness). Exceptionally refreshing, outspoken dry-effect. Young lambic (10 months): there is fruit sugar retonasal AND malt. Super, super, super. It's a crying shame this is used to make one of the worlds' vilest travesties.
