Big fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, flowers, hay, herbs, pear peel, leads, dusty pears, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry fruity, hay, dusty pears, grass, minerals, alcohol, paper, pear peel. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, I'll never get a hold of perry.
