Flat, just some fizzy bubbles, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple peel, dusty ripe apples, flowers, hay, minerals, alcohol, leafs, alcohol, apple cores. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, alcohol, unripe apples, sorrel, minerals, flowers, yeast, leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee. ABV too high...
