Small bubbly shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sour apples, sour grass, minerals, alcohol, leafs, flowers, apple peel, hay, tiny hints of sulfur. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sour apples, grass, hay, minerals, alcohol, flowers, sorrel, apple cores, leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
