Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry and fresh fruity, fresh apples, sorrel, soda powder, mint leafs, citrusy hops, oak, yeast, barnyard, hay, flowers, apple cores. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, oak, sour apples, yeast, citrus acid, grass, citrusy hops, apple peel, soda powder, minerals, leafs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. A interesting and weird one, but nice.
