On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Oro acido, velata, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso sentore di pasta lievita, pane ai cereali, una nota erbacea, leggermente balsamica. In bocca è piacevolmente morbida, mediamente dolce all'attacco con amaro composto, leggera sapidità. Corpo esile, watery, carbonazione leggerissima. Decisamente niente male!

Nice creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, hay, dried grain, kveik, minerals, grass, cereal, weeds, toast, hints of dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, hay, minerals, kveik, paper, bark, toast, grass, fruit stones, dried grain. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh yeasty mouthfeel. Fair enough.
